What Are BOTOX and Neurotoxins?

What Should I Expect If I Get BOTOX Or A Neurotoxin?

At your first treatment consultation at Mississippi Institute of Weight Loss & Gulf Coast Aesthetics, Dr. Balder will conduct a skin analysis to designate which areas require treatment. Since BOTOX and neurotoxin treatments are performed during a quick, in-office procedure, your injections can often be carried out in the same visit. The solution will be injected into the problem areas of your brow or face using a small syringe. Treatment takes approximately ten minutes to complete, and most people report only mild discomfort (such as a pinprick or pinching feeling). Following your visit, you can leave our facility and continue your routine.
